Ancient Taoist wisdom identifies the abdomen as the place where our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual paths cross.
It is called our "Second Brain."
When we don't process daily stresses or traumas, they accumulate and get stuck in our bodies and energy field.
Inspired by the ancient Chinese wisdom of Chi Nei Tsang, this acupressure-style massage works directly and deeply with the stomach, organs, and intestines – where deep-seated tension and ‘unprocessed emotions’ are actually stored.
It supports all the key body systems: lymphatic, digestive, respiratory, immune, nervous, and reproductive.
This modality is one of the few comprehensive approaches that affect the entire being – physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically.
Through channelled energy and intentional touch, stagnant areas are detoxified, cleansed, and activated.
It teaches you how to drop out of your mind and into your body – to really listen.
By softening the centre, we allow your body to move beyond the effects of past emotional events and experience life comfortably in the present.
It corrects, balances, and strengthens your whole being.
It restores vitality and supports more optimal overall functioning.
We work together; we breathe together – slow, intentional, and deliberate.
I follow my intuition for how long and how deep to go, but you are always in control – you can ask to go deeper, lighter, to pause, or to move on.
You may feel and connect with another part of your body that is linked to the area we’re working with.
You may feel how energetic channels open down your legs or through your chest and arms.
Some people receive messages, visions, realisations, insights, and even colours.
With nurturing presence, you are fully supported to release deep-seated tensions and emotional blockages.
Clients report feeling lighter, more spacious, clearer, and focussed.
You may experience bowel movements.
Your moon time may shift slightly (sometimes arriving a little earlier than usual).
Some clients continue processing through the night and into the next few days.
It’s important to stay connected to what has been opened, allow whatever you feel, and listen to any messages that may arise.
Is it painful?
I call it “uncomfortable.” It’s not often that we are touched on the stomach, so the sensations may feel very new to you. The line between bliss and discomfort is very thin. The more you can relax, trust, allow, and surrender, the deeper we can work together
How should I prepare?
It is essential not to eat for 4 hours before your session, and not to drink anything (other than small sips of water if needed) for 1 hour before. Avoid heavy or spicy foods both before and after the treatment to allow your system to detoxify effectively. Fasting is recommended. Drink plenty of water afterwards to help the detoxification process.
What do I wear?
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. To work effectively on the abdomen, I need to have access to your skin from above your pubic bone to under your ribs. Women are welcome to keep their bra on and/or use the covering provided. Your consent and boundaries are always respected, and you are encouraged to speak up or say no at any time.
How often should I have a session?
I have done daily sessions on clients over a period before. It's really up to you. I encourage you to listen to and trust your body for when you feel ready for the next session.

This is a complementary modality.
Based on your needs, I may customise and combine it with my other modalities.

I value my 1.5-hour sessions on a sliding scale basis of R950–R1900.
