  • I gently place and hold my hands in a sequence that systematically opens the gates of the body and reboots your system.

  • At each area, I feel and listen to the unique, subtle rhythmic pulse.

  • By just being present and patient with what is, your system softens, releases, and syncs up with the conductor of your health – the deep, tidal rhythm of your central nervous system.

  • The still point between holds allows your body to integrate the shifts.

  • Receive intuitive energy work at the end to cleanse and energise your aura and chakras, anchoring the physical release into your energetic field.

Questions you might have

  • Why is the touch so light?

    Your nervous system is highly sensitive. If we use too much pressure, the body’s natural defence mechanism kicks in and the tissues brace against the touch. By staying incredibly light, we bypass that defensive layer, allowing us to work directly with the deep structures of the cranium and spine without causing the body to guard itself.

  • What if I can’t stay still or silent?

    While the session is a journey into silence, your comfort is the priority. If you need to adjust your position, cough, or speak, that is perfectly okay. In fact, often the body makes involuntary movements as it shifts. The silence is more about the practitioner holding a quiet, neutral space so your system can process without external distraction.

  • Can I have a session if I am pregnant?

    Cranio Sacral work is generally very gentle and is often supportive during pregnancy. Please chat with me about your pregnancy and medical history so we can ensure it is appropriate for you at this time.

  • How many sessions will I need?

    Every system is unique. Some people feel a profound shift after just one session, while others with long-standing chronic stress or trauma may benefit from a series of three to five sessions to allow the layers of tension to fully unwind and integrate. I encourage you to listen to and trust your body for when you feel ready for the next session.
