You have an off-kilter feeling, like you aren’t standing straight in your own body, or a feeling of being compressed.
Your hips feel tilted or uneven.
You have a persistent backache, a stiff neck, headaches, or migraines.
You experience discomfort in your jaw, shoulders, knees, ankles, or even the small joints of the hands and feet.
Your spine makes an “S” shape (scoliosis) and when you look in the mirror, your shoulders look skew.
You experience sciatica and nerve discomfort, feeling like pins and needles, numbness, or shooting pains in the legs or arms.
You notice a difference in how your shoes wear down.
Chronic pain and tension that never quite resolves.
Niggles that won’t go away, no matter how much you stretch.
Chronic postural problems and a loss of flexibility.
Compensatory patterns, where your body overworks one side to stay balanced.
A constant drain on your energy as your nervous system stays on high alert.
Not if you have had a recent accident or surgery (usually within the last 6–12 weeks).
Not when you are in the later stages of pregnancy (unless cleared by your midwife/doctor).
Not if you have recent fractures or an acute disc prolapse.
Not if you have severe osteoporosis or any condition where your bones are very fragile.
Not when you have acute infections, fever, or strong inflammation in the area to be treated.
If any of these or any other medical condition apply, please get clearance from your doctor, and discuss it with me before booking.
Your spine is the information highway of your body.
When it is clear and aligned, your energy moves with ease and your nervous system settles.
But a house is only as stable as its foundation.
In these sessions, we don’t just look at the spine; we look at the base it stands on - your hips and sacrum.
If the foundation is out of place, even slightly, the rest of the structure must compensate.
This modality is a gentle, manual therapy based on the Dorn Method.
Unlike high-velocity cracking, we use a biomechanical approach that respects your body’s natural boundaries.
By inviting the joints back into their optimal place through gentle pressure and your own natural movement, we encourage the body to remember and shift into its true alignment.
Areas that felt out before may feel back in place, allowing the body to finally let go of deep-seated pain and tension.
This is not a passive treatment; it requires your interaction through movement.
While you are standing, sitting, or lying down, I will guide you through simple, rhythmic movements - like swinging a leg or an arm.
This movement allows the muscles to relax, making it easier for me to gently guide the vertebrae and joints back into place.
It is interactive, safe, and intentionally gentle.
We conclude every session with a Spinal Integration Massage.
This is a calming, intuitive treatment covering the entire back and shoulders.
I channel a flow of energy to soothe the nervous system and “seal” the alignment work.
You may feel more relaxed, open, and expanded.
Many clients report feeling taller or more grounded in their stride.
It is normal to feel a slight “adjustment” sensation or mild discomfort for a day or two as your body settles into its new posture.
How often should I have a session?
Allow a few days between sessions for the body to integrate. I may provide you with a link to self-help exercises for maintenance so you can support your own alignment at home. I encourage you to listen to and trust your body for when you feel ready for the next session.
What do I wear?
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. To work effectively on the spine and coccyx, I may ask to adjust or slightly lower clothing to access the skin. Women are welcome to keep their bra on and/or use the covering provided. Your consent and boundaries are always respected, and you are encouraged to speak up or say no at any time.

This is a complementary modality.
Based on your needs, I may customise and combine it with my other modalities.
I am not a medical professional, nor do I make medical promises or claims.
I simply provide the space and techniques for your body to return to its natural, aligned state.
We both show up fully, with open minds and open hearts. We work together in an interactive and participative way; we shift together.
I honour the lineage of the Dorn Method, Breuss Massage and Alignment Therapy.
I honour all the teachers that have come before and after me.
I am ever so grateful to my teachers who have shared their wisdom with me, namely Anna Hagen and Jen Rorrison.
Through my years of experience and the influence of the modalities I have studied and practised, I have developed my own unique channel and frequency in this work.
In my Spinal Alignment Trainings, I encourage my students to find their own unique intuitive way.
My clients and students remain, gratefully, my greatest teachers.
I believe that practitioners deserve to be abundant for the ripple effect they contribute to humanity.
That said, I also believe that healing should be available to anyone willing to fully show up for their internal work.
I value my 1.5-hour sessions on a sliding scale basis of R950–R1900.
If you are not currently financially abundant, please talk to me about what you can afford or trade before booking. If you are financially abundant, an added gratuity is always appreciated.
Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the appointment are non refundable.
